幼少より学んだ、クラシックバレエ、ジャズダンス、モダンダンスなど、さまざまなジャンルをベースに、人の奥にある様々な感情をしなやな身体を通じ、どこまでも繊細に、時に力強く大胆な動きで表現する。

また、コレオグラファーとしても、流れるような旋律をそのまま表現するような美しい作品を多数生み出している。​

• 2013年5月-2016年4月、櫛田祥光主宰コンテンポラリーダンスカンパニーLasta在籍。

• 「フライステーション」オープニングセレモニーにダンサー出演。

• 渋谷・伝承ホール「白虎隊～獅子たちの什の掟～」オープニングアクト『舞』の振付・指導を担当。

• その他  PV / TV / イベント / 舞台出演  / アーティストへのダンス指導、など。

Using various genres such as classical ballet, jazz dance, and modern dance, which she has studied since childhood, as her base, she expresses various emotions deep inside people with her flexible body, and expresses them with delicate, sometimes powerful, and bold movements.

As a choreographer, she has also created many beautiful works that appear as flowing melodies in time to the music.

• From May 2013 to April 2016, she was a member of Lasta, a contemporary dance company led by Yoshimitsu Kushida.

• She was a dancer in the opening ceremony of "Fly Station.

• She choreographed and directed the opening act "Mai" for "Byakkotai: Tithing Code of Lions" at Densetsu Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo.

• She has also performed in music videos, TV shows, events, and stage performances, and has taught dance to artists.
